Ethanol plant proposal sparks Garnett meeting
East Kansas Agri Energy plans a Garnett ethanol plant producing 15 to 20 million gallons a year. Jere White of the Kansas Corn Growers Association will speak at an Ottawa meeting to explain the plan and build local support.
