At 2 49 p m Wednesday Michael Slifer 20 of Ottawa was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery in the 600 block of South Burroughs Street. Tracy Presgrove 31 of Lawrence was served a City of Ottawa warrant at Franklin County Jail. Natalie Hawkins 26 of Gardner was served a Franklin County warrant at 1600 block Osage Drive. An Ottawa man 42 reported his child bitten by a stray cat on North Poplar Street. A 23 year old Ottawa woman reported battering by a known man on South Poplar Street.
