Senate to vote on repeal of withholding tax in jobs bill

The Senate moves toward two showdown votes over an amendment to repeal the withholding tax on interest and dividends as part of a 5.1 billion jobs bill. A rally of about 2,000 urged Congress to fund jobs and oppose war.
