Franklin County arrests list reports multiple warrants and DUIs

A Franklin County police arrest roundup lists seven individuals with details including locations times ages and warrants. Suspects include Doran Ray Wormell Jr 28 with a Franklin County warrant at the Franklin County Jail and Kimberly Ward 41 from Chanute with a Neosho County warrant, among others.

Theft reported at Franklin County Public Works site

At 7 44 a m Thursday a 66 year old Ottawa man reported the theft of a battery and criminal damage to a lock at 2600 block of Kingman Road belonging to the Franklin County Public Works Department with an estimated loss of 210 dollars.

Police Pursuit on Hickory Street Under Investigation

Police patrol officers chased an unknown suspect for a short distance on Hickory Street Saturday afternoon before ending the pursuit. The case is under investigation. A separate report from Thursday listed a 60-year-old Ottawa man reporting a misplaced or stolen cell phone on North Sycamore Street. In the same period, a two-vehicle collision on South Main Street left Samantha Patterson, 21, Ottawa, cited for following too closely after her vehicle rear-ended Catherine McClay, 63, also of Ottawa.
