Wellsville to hold hearing on unsafe grain elevator scale building
A visual inspection by the Wellsville Building Inspector found an unused grain elevator scale building at the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe railroad right of way in Brockway's Addition Wellsville Franklin County Kansas unsafe and unfit for human habitation. A public hearing is set for April 13, 1994 at 7 00 p.m. to determine further action including repair or demolition with owners lienholders and occupants entitled to appear.
