At 1 39 p m Thursday Tracy Black 38 Ottawa was arrested on a City of Ottawa warrant in the 2100 block of South Princeton Street. Also reported Thursday an aggravated burglary in the 200 block of Hunt and a warrant arrest in the 700 block of Main Street and a civil matter in the 1000 block of Poplar Street.
