Traffic lights at 15th and Main fail after wind damage
The 15th and Main intersection has had no working traffic signals since the weekend after a wind event toppled an east side light. Director Jim Bradley said replacing the controller did not fix it and a manufacturer representative will arrive Thursday morning to repair the light, with hopes it is fixed by noon. In the interim the intersection operates as a four way stop with flashing red signals.

State revenues rose in February to $8.84 million above the forecast, easing the budget strain as the Legislature plans the next year's budget. Court upholds long sentence for armed robberies in Kansas
