Separated 42 Years Search Pays Off For Children
Leo Ostendorf reunited with his long lost brother Max Burley after 42 years, bringing together six Ostendorf siblings and their relatives. Max, once known as Burley, traced his roots to Gothamburg Nebraska and Lincoln via letters after contacting Ostendorf in Alaska. The extended family, including Eunice Beller, planned a gathering at Ottawa Nebraska to meet and reminisce. All six siblings, now adults with families, shared memories and photo albums as they begin reconnecting with hopes for future reunions.
