BTK confession offers limited solace for victims' families

In Wichita, Charlie Otero and others react to Dennis Rader's guilty plea for the BTK killings. Otero says the admission is a release for the killer but does little to heal survivors of the 10 victims, including his own siblings and parents, killed starting in 1974. The statement underscores enduring pain and incomplete closure for those left behind.
