Saturn winds slow as Cassini nears planet

Court ends ban on gay sex in landmark ruling
The Supreme Court, in a 6-3 decision, reversed a 17 year old precedent and held sodomy laws unconstitutional as a violation of privacy. NAFTA Rail plan clears first regulatory hurdle
Kansas City Southern Industries and Mexico's Grupo Mexico have won written approval from Mexico's Competition Commission, clearing the first of three regulatory steps for their planned merger. The deal would form NAFTA Rail, with a new holding company managing KCS Railway Co. and related units, and headquarters in Kansas City. Shares fell 5 cents to $11.80.
