Ottawa Recreation Commission manager Don Hoglund announced a nine bracket city tennis tournament running July 3 to 28. Boys brackets include under 19 13 16 and 16 18 with three girls brackets. Events include singles doubles and mixed doubles for men and women. Entries due July 1.
