KDOT Plans Four Interchanges on U S 59 Through Franklin County

Franklin County officials report KDOT will build a four lane limited access U S 59 from Lawrence to I 35 near Ottawa with interchanges at Stafford Road Riley Road Montana Road and I 35. A Nevada Road bridge access roads and Missouri Road link are under consideration with maps to be filed at the Franklin County Courthouse.

Ottawa considers higher utility rates to fund wastewater
