Ottawa Kansas to Improve Seventh Street by Paving

The city plans to assess all taxable property or issue improvement bonds if funds are unavailable. Bonds will mature in up to ten annual installments with interest not exceeding five and a half percent, secured as a lien on all taxable city property.
