Arrows set for back to back road tournaments this week
Ottawa American Legion Post 60 AAA heads to Chanute for a two game morning slate at Katy Park before traveling to Omaha for the Battle of Omaha Tourney. Ottawa (13-1) opens 9 a.m. against Iola and 11:30 a.m. versus Neosho County, then faces Burke Nebraska Wheaton Illinois and Buffalo New York in Omaha. Coach Brian Long calls the trip a chance to test against national level clubs and pursue a college World Series like experience after a doubleheader sweep at Emporia.
