The third annual Swan Arts Festival fills City Park Ot tawa with art demonstrations crafts and 30 plus booths on Saturday from 9 a.m. headliner Katy Guillen & the Girls blues rock band performs at 8 p.m. Main acts at the Community Tent offer shade and intimacy. Volunteers are still needed and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and coolers.
