Builders raise Habitat home in record time
A Habitat for Humanity blitz build in Ashville Tennessee set a record by erecting a 1 057 square foot three bedroom home in 74 minutes with a roof added an hour later. Fifty drywallers worked across six zones while landscaping was completed before a ribbon ceremony attended by Millard Fuller. Marilyn Winston and her son will move in. The project showcased speed and quality rather than haste.
