Franklin County Volunteers in Cour program received a state grant to offer a free parent adolescent negotiation service. Ottawa University senior Nicole Wagner to perform recital

Ottawa University student Nicole Nicki Wagner will perform her senior vocal music recital at 3 p m Sunday in the Hibatha High School auditorium. A 1987 Hiawatha High School graduate, she came to Ottawa University after earning an associate degree from Highland Community College. Wagner will receive her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Business in August from OU and has been active in the university choir and chorale. Admission is free to the recital.
