Kansas to widen East Wilson Street project begins Monday
The Kansas Department of Transportation will start a state project Monday to widen and resurface East Wilson Street between Main and Davis. Traffic will be detoured across Cherry and Mulberry on an alternating basis with one intersection open at a time, while the rest of Wilson Street remains closed. Completion is expected by late September with grading widening resurfacing new sidewalks curbs and storm sewers included.
