Ford Brothers Circus Delivers A Vintage Traveling Show
In Ottaw a Saturday the Ford Brothers Circus performed under a battered big top. Originating in 1914 it is among the last three ring circuses in the United States. The troupe works quickly through seven towns in seven days as rain and wear show strain yet the acts shine. Over 1,500 residents saw aerialists and knife throwers prove professional despite conditions, while popcorn stretched prices.
