SAN QUENTIN Calif Barbara Graham died in the gas chamber after delayed stays in California where she faced execution for six slayings. Partners Jack Santo and Emmett Perkins, both executed with grim bravado, followed her in death for the Las Vegas gambler’s widow murder plot that yielded no money. The trio had sought hidden funds and hoped to learn where $100,000 lay, but the plan failed. Santo and Perkins also faced death sentences for the 1952 murder of Guard Young and three small children in Chester.
