Chiefs KC faces leadership void after Waters and Vrabel exit

The Chiefs must fill leadership gaps as Brian Waters and Mike Vrabel depart. Waters, a five time Pro Bowler and respected veteran, was released by mutual consent, while Vrabel retired to coach linebackers at Ohio State.
