Candice L Webb, 30, Ottawa, was arrested Monday at 8 21 a m in the 300 block of South Main Street on a warrant for violation of probation. She was held on no end.
A 49-year-old Ottawa man reported at 1:54 p.m. Monday that 60 Hydrocodone pills were stolen from his home on the 4500 block of Georgia Road. At 4:37 p.m. Monday, David Reeves, 52, of Williamsburg, drove into a deer on Idaho and Rock Creek roads, with damage under $1,000.
Police described several recent incidents in Ottawa. A 39-year-old woman reported an unknown suspect pumped fuel and fled on West Seventh Street. A 34-year-old man said his cell phone was stolen on East Ninth Street. A 52-year-old man reported vandalism and a break in on West Third Street. Colton Sobba, 18, was arrested as a suspect while another suspect remains at large.
Thursday through Monday the Wellsville Police report multiple calls including parking violations animal complaints no contact order violations public assists and suspicious activity. Notable locations include Walnut Pine Main and West Fifth Streets along with I 35 mile marker 199 and Vermont Terrace.
At 3 56 a m Monday Franklin County Sheriff's Office responded to a report from Gary Sillett 65 Princeton that smoke was coming from inside his residence at 1905 Ohio Road. Fire Department controlled scene. damage over 1000. Later at 6 27 p m Friday a semi trailer at K 68 and Nevada Terrace caught fire after smoke appeared from the trailer. damage over 1000. Sheriff's Office responded.
Rebecca Sue Powell, 61, of Osceola Missouri, formerly Ottawa, died July 25 2011 in Lowry City. Services set for July 28 2011 at First Assembly of God Church Osceola. Born June 4 1950 to Otis Cameron and Patricia Meggison Cameron.
