Intelligence chief warns Bosnia war could restart without force
Army General Patrick Hughes told the Senate that Bosnia likely faces renewed war unless a Western led or international coalition peacekeeping force remains after December. He noted U.S. participation would bolster continued international involvement and stability amid fragile Muslim Croat federation tensions and Serb-Muslim clashes as Dayton accord returns unfold.

Citadel Accepts Four Women Cadets In Landmark Shift
The Citadel in Charleston has admitted four women as cadets, with at least one planning to attend in the fall. Two women paid nonrefundable $150 room deposits, while their fathers say a final decision is not yet certain. The school expects women to attend as hearings follow the Supreme Court ruling overturning all male admissions policies. Kim Messer, 17, formerly considering a New Mexico military academy, changed plans after The Citadel ended its 153 year all male policy.
