A Friday string of small crimes includes a vehicle burglary on Osage Drive reported by a 31-year-old Ottawa man, a bank employee’s report of a man demanding money, and a beer case theft at a store. Suspect Charles Reinheimer, 24, Kansas City Kansas, was later arrested at the store. A vandalism incident on West 17th Street involved a parked car, while Frank Yeager, 50, Ottawa, crashed a motor scooter on North Main Street.
