Bryan Cackler of 1104 N Cedar was arrested Tuesday after Tri County Drug Enforcement Unit found 24 small and 3 large marijuana plants in his bedroom. He faces two felonies for possession with intent to cultivate and drug paraphernalia. Officers seized growing lights, timers, pots, and planter food. plant value listed up to $6,000. Two others at the residence were not arrested.
