Colangelo targets Olympic roster as 2012 plans begin
USA Basketball chairman Jerry Colangelo says contact with potential 2012 players will start soon to map interest for London. Some spots may come from last year’s world champions while holdovers from the 2008 team could be included, with training camp around July and the Games begin July 27. Wade and James face decisions amid NBA commitments and injuries, but Colangelo expects a strong pool of candidates.
