Lyons Kansas city council voted six to two to severely limit smoking in four local restaurants. Salina police arrested three 14-year-olds after a videotape allegedly showing them setting off fireworks in a Sunset Park restroom. Damages were about $200. The youths were held at the Saline County Juvenile Detention Center overnight and released the next morning.
