Divorce Solved Marine's Problem In Cincinnati
Walter Sheets, 24, of Portsmouth Ohio, divorced from Nancy Ann, 22, with three children, to reenlist in the Marines. The Scioto County Common Pleas Court dissolved the marriage after Nancy agreed to the divorce. Sheets plans to remarry his ex-wife within days as he returns to service for four years.

Six box cars carrying 300 tons of wheat derailed when a Frisco train from Fort Scott arrived in Kansas City yards. A hot journal box on the 30th car caused the wreck. No injuries reported.
