Men’s Blitz fitness club to open in Ottawa

Gardner resident Scott Smith launches The Blitz a men’s only workout modeled after Curves for Women. The 20 minute routine uses a blitz ring and hydraulic machines with a 30 second bell cycle aimed at quick effective sessions for busy men. Five more centers planned by February across the United States and Canada.
