States Have Enough Water
EARL L WIER argues that US water supply will meet demand if saved and managed. He explains rainfall, evaporation, and current usage differences between East and West states, noting only a fraction is used and suggesting expanded canals, reservoirs, aqueducts, pipelines, and underground storage to capture and distribute water. He concludes the nation won’t run out of water if conservation and better distribution improve use.
