Library weighs ADA bathroom needs for elevator project
Ottawa Library Board debates ADA requirements for a two or one uni sex wheelchair bathroom per floor as plans for a north side elevator tower proceed. The $400 000 grant supports renovation city hall and library work while Friends of the Ottawa Library fund poetry CD ROMs and set up the Bill Bennett Arts and Humanities Memorial to give $250 yearly.
