County 4-H Club Days announce Franklin County results
The first of two Franklin County 4-H Club Days was at Ottawa University drawing 200 participants with music drama and parliamentary practice. Results list top purple winners across Model Meetings Vocal Music Ensemble Chorus Solo and various senior and junior divisions with next event set for February 19 at Ottawa Middle School and regional qualification upcoming.
