Soil tests offered to Franklin County landowners
Franklin County Conservation District provides up to 10 free soil tests per landowner funded by the Non-point Source Pollution Control Program. Tests must be dropped at the county Extension office for testing. tests are first come, first served up to 450 total. Applications due by March 5 with an April 1 deadline. eligibility applies.
