Delegates to the Supreme Soviet spent six hours praising the Kremlin budget and promised further speeches on the 1956 financial plan. Some voiced concerns over prices shortages and delivery delays as Bulganin Khrushchev and other leaders observed. Finance Minister Arseny Zverev outlined expenditures at 568.8 billion rubles with 591.9 billion rubles in revenue.
