Franklin County Commission Minutes Recap December 2003 session
Franklin County Board of Commissioners met in regular session led by Chairman John E. Taylor with Commissioners Ferguson Hay Stottlemire Waymire. They discussed dispatcher and jail staffing, exempting Juvenile Detention Center Director, a public hearing to amend the 2003 budget, tax orders, Christmas radio greetings, road and water rights issues, and funding transfers for Appraiser Equipment and Noxious Weed gear. An Emergency Management Fire Coordinator position was endorsed. November ambulance write-offs were approved. payroll change 03-383 was authorized. a brief executive session occurred before adjourning at 2:40 PM.
