She was born January 2 1940 Coffeyville Kansas and lived in Coffeyville Idledale Colorado then Ottawa. She was a homemaker and former manager of Stop N Save gas station in Ottawa. Survived by husband Jack Graffham two sons Randy Penner Brad Penner two daughters Brenda Upshaw Vicky King solver two brothers Mike Penner Gary Penner two sisters Betty Giroski Sharon Holcomb nine grandchildren seven great grandchildren and one infant daughter Pamela Penner predeceased.
