Windsor Place expands home care across Kansas counties
Windsor Place At Home Care grows from Coffeyville into Montgomery Elk Chautauqua and Cowley counties offering Medicaid funded in home services. By Jan 1 1997 it will serve about 800 clients in nine counties with 150 staff, linking nursing facility care to home based services as part of LIFE and privatization efforts.
