Woman charged in son's death in Kansas City
Rally Dixon of Overland Park was arraigned in Jackson County on involuntary manslaughter endangering a child and vehicular manslaughter after her blood alcohol level tested at .25 percent following a crash that killed her 23 month old son Evan Pittle in south Kansas City. Dixon pleaded innocent and the car struck a tree after she missed a turn, with the child suffering fatal head injuries.
