Man arrested in connection with attack will be tried in Virginia
New York AP report notes four men linked to the Sept. 11 aftermath faced judges. Only Zacarias Moussaoui, 33, remained charged in the attacks, with a Manhattan court denial of bail and transfer to Alexandria, Virginia for trial. He did not enter a plea.
