Animal chiropractors train to treat large animals atwellsville campus
About 40 students attend a 210 hour animal chiropractic course with 30 already veterinary licensed and 10 chiropractors practicing on humans. Classes run monthly for four days eight hours daily, testing knowledge of functional neurology, diagnosis and practice. Instructors include Kyla Awes who works primarily on horses and dogs. The school, founded 1988 and moved to Wellsville in 2005, sits on 10 acres and 16,000 square feet, hosting students from the U S Germany and Australia with a 90 percent pass rate.
