Pomona Indians prep for two leagues season opener duel
Pomona under coach John Kimbrel field a compact, quick lineup as they join both Franklin County League and Osage County League. Only three lettermen return Altice Robbins and Hogue lead a tall, athletic squad with strong guard depth and solid interior. The Indians expect a tougher schedule and aim to improve on last year’s 9-10 mark, banking on Altic Robbins and Schroeder as top scorers while leveraging speed in the backcourt. They face Baldwin and Waverly in non league play and start December 1 at Princeton with an Osage County schedule to follow.
