OMS Girls Sweep Patton in Pair of Home Wins
The Ottawa Middle School girls basketball teams defeated Leavenworth-Patton at home Thursday. The seventh graders won 24-10 and the eighth graders rolled 48-2, led by Shana Wheeler with 18 and Starla Kibbe with 16. The eighth graders improved to 9-2, while the younger squad rose to 6-5. both Ottawa teams host Osage City next Tuesday.
