About 400000 Kansans have not applied for renewal before the September 11 deadline as warned by State Motor Vehicle Commissioner Ed Camp. Col. Tom Glasscock of the State Highway Patrol says those overdue will face arrest for driving without a valid license and may need driving examinations upon renewal.
