Clover Revue Tops At The Fair With 4-H Honors
The 4-H Clover Revue crowned John Coen and Barbara MecWilson as Mr. and Miss 4-H 1972 73. Jeanie Schamle and Jim Ferguson won the style revue. Barbara McWilson and Rod Stockard were reserve champions. Foods and clothing were judged. Cathy Welborn topped 4-H clothing, Jacque Beauchamp led the clothing division, Rosemary Schamle was reserve, and Debbie Higdon earned a trophy as overall top foods exhibitor. Additional judging covered canning, baking, and general exhibits. The rodeo opened at 8:30 featuring Max Reynolds and the Flying Thunderclouds with cycles vs horses.
