Brandon Palmer 16 son of Bob and Vanessa Palmer Garnett and Joe Goracke Pomona earned the Boy Scout Eagle Award. He started in Ottawa Pack 3074 at Garfield School and belongs to Troop 126 Garett, First United Methodist Church charter. He served as quartermaster chaplain aide troop guide and more. His Eagle project built bluebird chickadee and wood duck houses at Cedar Valley Reservoir. He will be honored Aug 20 at First Christian Church Garnett.
