Market cautious as July retail slumps weighs on stocks

Investors held back on Wall Street with mixed results as July retail sales fell, raising recession fears. FCC Votes to Require Digital TV Tuners Nationwide

Microchip reunites Panama City dog after six years

Pooh Bear a 13 year old black Pomeranian from Panama City was found in Cincinnati after missing since 1996. A grain sized microchip allowed a vet to scan and trace the dog to owner Bambi Lesne. The reunion ended years of heartbreak for the family.
