A convertible driven by Wayne Oliver Williams, 19, Wellsville, sustained major damage in a collision with a half-ton pickup driven by Harry O. Snodgrass, RFD 1, on East 15th Street east of Ottawa. Snodgrass said he did not see the Williams car as he turned onto East 15th at about 7:35 this morning. No charges have been filed.
