Warrant arrests roll through Franklin County corridor

Budget funds rise as city lays out 2019 allocations

The electric utility tops the 2019 budget at about 17.7 million dollars with water and waste water at 3.6 million. General fund 12.3 million, debt service four million, library 924,822, auditorium 245,758. Tax on a 100000 home would be 556.52 annually or 46.38 monthly. Commissioners praise department heads and city leadership for a one page budget and readiness to face voters.
