Main Street Water Line Work Begins in Hettinger
Hettinger Excavating workers on Monday began tearing up Main Street in the 100 block to replace water line pipe on both sides from the Marais des Cygnes River to Fifth Street. Traffic will be limited to one lane on the block under construction as crews use a jackhammer beside Ottawa Coop at 302 North Main. The downtown Main Street project is separate and aims to finish in 165 working days.
