Local theater owner charged with eavesdropping
Forrest Lowry found a camera lens hidden in a Plaza Theater ceiling tile linking the women’s restroom to owner Richard Dimoush’s office. Police seized evidence after a Friday discovery and Dimoush was arrested Saturday on charges of eavesdropping and sexual exploitation of a child.
